What Student Life has to offer:
We rise by lifting others. Our students share a sincere passion for people and regularly put their hearts into action. CU students volunteer nearly 5,000 hours each school year in their communities.
Whether you’re looking for fast and convenient or a chance to relax and meet a friend, you have options to enjoy a meal on campus.
Joining a fraternity or sorority is just one of the many ways to connect with other students, get involved and further develop your leadership skills.
CU‘s intramural sports programs offer fun physical and social opportunities for students who love to play, compete, and stay active.
Jimmy Floyd Family Life Center
Through a partnership between the City of Lebanon and Cumberland, all CU on ground undergraduates have access to the JFC during their school terms at no cost to the student.
Nearly 500 students call CU’s campus home. Our campus features five residence halls that offer a variety of living options and experiences to support you throughout your academic career.
CU Security serves as the primary first responder to all emergency incidents on campus and also works in conjunction with local police, fire, and emergency medical services to resolve emergency situations that may arise.
Customize your college experience and meet new friends by joining one or more of our 55+ student organizations.
SGA gives the student body representation in the government and services of the university. They promote a spirit of community and work to enhance the student experience at CU.
The Phoenix Marching Band
The Cumberland University Phoenix Marching Band performs as part of the Game Day experience for designated athletic events. Be part of the tradition and help promote the spirit of the university.
VIP: Violence, Intervention, and Prevention
