Established by Mrs. Lillian P. Bryan, preference is given to applicants from Watertown, Tennessee, and secondarily to applicants from Wilson County, Tennessee, or other applicants at the discretion of the University. Scholarships may be awarded to students preparing to be nurses or elementary school teachers.
