Description:
This scholarship was established to honor June and Bill Heydel for their dedication and support of the Fine Arts at Cumberland. It is awarded to a deserving full-time student who has a minimum ACT score of 20 or equivalent SAT score, and a minimum GPA of 2.75. The scholarship is renewable as long as the student maintains the above standards and is active in the Fine Arts. Mr. and Mrs. Heydel both have received honorary degrees from the institution. Mr. Heydel currently serves as a member of the Board of Trust.
