Ray Lyn Crutcher grew up in Lebanon Tennessee and attended Middle Tennessee State University and Cumberland University. Before joining Cumberland in January 2011, she worked in the Financial Industry for 17 years and she attended the Southeastern School of Consumer Credit at Vanderbilt University. Ray Lynn has or is currently serving on the boards of Leadership Wilson, Wilson County Fair Promotions, Wilson County Teen Court, Lebanon/Wilson County Chamber of Commerce and Wilson County CASA.
