Nicole Carey, a native of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, journeyed to Cumberland University after graduating from Seaholm High School in 2018. In 2022, Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree in English and Creative Writing with distinction, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Throughout her undergraduate years, she was a four-year member of the women’s volleyball team. Nicole graduated with a master’s degree in May 2024 while serving as a Sports Information Graduate Assistant.
