Thomas Maynard pursued his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Western Kentucky University before returning home in Tennessee to begin his career in the legal field. Before law school, Mr. Maynard spent time working for the Department of Children’s Services in Wilson and Trousdale Counties. In 2001, he decided to attend Nashville School of Law and became a licensed attorney in 2005. After gaining experience in a law office, he then went on to work for the State of Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development and the State of Tennessee Second Injury Fund and Workers’ Compensation. Mr. Maynard has been practicing law actively for 15 years and runs his own private practice, Law Office of Thomas Maynard, locally in Lebanon.  He has had the privilege of working on criminal cases, civil cases, domestic cases, personal injury cases, and a variety of other matters, as well as sitting Special Judge in Robertson and Davidson County Juvenile Courts.
