Bio:
Mr. Stephen Garrett is a native of Houston, Texas and now lives in Brentwood, Tennessee. His joins Cumberland University with previous teaching experience at Columbia State Community College. Mr. Garrett’s areas of academic interest include historic landscape preservation and maintenance, ancient world history, early American history, American government and politics. Stephen’s personal hobbies include gardening, hiking/camping, and running. Mr. Garrett attended high school band camp at Cumberland University for three years (1980-1982).
