Leny Hamm was born in Nashville, Tennessee. He grew up playing music and
performing on stage. In 1993 Leny moved to Los Angeles, California to attend the prestigious
Musicians Institute. He graduated in 1994.

In 1997 Leny made the decision to change directions and pursue film. Leny worked in the
film and video industry as an assistant director, producer, director, actor, screenwriter, camera
operator and editor. He has worked directly with Fox television, ABC, NBC, CBS, HBO, Disney
and Warner Brothers Studios. He worked on movie sets with Billy Crystal, Barry Pepper, and
James Franco, television shows such as E.R. and J.A.G., and music videos for Tim McGraw,
George Jones, and Dolly Parton to name just a few.

The new millennium brought major life-changes for Leny. He moved home to Nashville,
joined the Tennessee Air National Guard, and started dating the woman who would later become
his wife.

During his time in the Air National Guard, Leny has served as an aircraft loadmaster on
the C-130 cargo airplane, deploying to Afghanistan in 2008. His service in Afghanistan earned
him the air medal and combat action medal. He served as team chief for the base honor guard
where he performed more than 350 military funeral honors. In 2011 Leny transferred to Public
Affairs as a photojournalist. He graduated with honors from the military’s Defense Information
School. He was the lead photographer for the Blue Angel crash site in Smyrna, TN in 2016, and
has photographed Governor Bill Lee and President Donald Trump.

Leny Has served on the board of advisors at Nossi College of Art’s school of
photography, and was the director of operations for HouseLens real estate visual marketing were
he trained photographers, videographers, and drone pilots. He also teaches photography at Arrow
Family Academy in Lebanon, TN.
Leny is a licensed pilot and enjoys competitive shooting. He lives in Lebanon, Tennessee
and is a proud husband and father of four.
