Bianca Jefferson is an Adjunct Faculty member in the College of Education. She has over a decade of experience in public education serving as a teacher, assistant principal, and executive principal. Bianca is currently an Educational Consultant with the IRIS Center, where she creates professional development resources for educators of struggling learners and students with disabilities. Bianca holds both a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Special Education from Tennessee State University. She earned her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Strategic Change from Lipscomb University.
