This class invites you to move your body through bothseated and standing yoga postures and includes dedicated time in each practicefor stillness, centering, and meditation. This class is suitable for all levelsincluding beginners to yoga and/or meditation.
Free for CU Students, Faculty & Staff. Class is heldon the lawn at CU, weather permitting. No need to register in advance,simply arrive a few minutes before class to complete your waiver form. Bringyour mat and any props you wish to use (yoga block or blanket). Note: wetgrounds and/or rain may cause this outdoor class to be cancelled at any time.
