Online Yoga & Meditation:
Fridays at 10 AM (or anytime with the recording)
This online yoga and meditation class invites you to move your body through both seated and standing yoga postures and includes dedicated time in each practice for stillness, centering, and meditation. This class is suitable for all levels including beginners to yoga and/or meditation.
To meet the needs of your schedule, a recording of this online class will be available until the following Thursday (practice as many times as you wish, on your schedule!).
Bring your mat and any yoga props you have available. Helpful but not required: a yoga blanket, two blocks, and a yoga strap.
