Admissions: Adult Students

Cumberland University's egalitarian policy extends to non-traditional students, as well as to recent high school and junior college graduates.

Non-traditional students are defined as individuals who are employed and who are at least twenty-five (25) years of age. Adults with special strengths, motivation, and maturity are encouraged to apply.

For adults who have been in the work force for several years, the Working Adult Degree Program awards credit for life/work experience if justification is determined.
