As of January 1, 2005, all real estate applicants are required to complete this course prior to licensure. The "New Affiliate Broker Course" covers practical applications of the real estate profession. This 30-hour course, in addition to a traditional classroom setting, is also offered in a home-study option, allowing you to complete this course at your own pace. After completion of the material, you will return your completed work to Cumberland University, where it will be graded and submitted to the Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
