Dr. Schubert earned her doctoral degree from the University of Phoenix with a concentration in leadership. Her MBA came from the University of the Pacific, and her specialty was entrepreneurship. Dr. Schubert has owned and sold four businesses. Since selling, she has taught undergraduate, masters, and doctoral level courses and served on a number of dissertation committees. Dr. Schubert is a studio potter, avid cyclist, and mom of two.
