The goal of the Jeanette C. Rudy School of Nursing is to prepare men and women for professional roles and responsibilities in health care as registered nurses. Our nursing faculty is committed to preparing each student to become practicing graduates who contribute to nursing as competent and caring professionals.

Cumberland University's Jeanette C. Rudy School of Nursing offers a traditional nursing program and a working adult nursing program. The traditional nursing program is designed to be completed in 5 semesters with classes being during traditional course times.

Cumberland University is the only mid-state university offering a nursing degree in about two years of night & weekend courses. If you're a working adult looking for a stable, profitable career path that will also allow you to help other people, look no further than the Center of Nursing and Healthcare Professional Development in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. The working adult program is designed to be completed in five consecutive semesters with classes being offered in the evenings and on weekends.

Cumberland University is hosting a Nursing Information Session about both programs. During this Information Session students will learn about the nursing programs offered at CU, review the coursework needed for each program, financial aid, and much more!
