    Senior Exhibit by Aaron Brown

    The Adams Gallery in the June and Bill Heydel Fine Arts Center is pleased to present “Tree Stories,” a show of recent work by Aaron C. Brown. The wood-grain inspired creations represent the development and maturation of the artist. The works are created from carefully selected pieces of wood that are developed into detailed compositions using the grain from the   panels. This show is Brown’s Senior Exhibit, in partial fulfillment of the B.F.A Degree in Studio Art with Teaching Licensure in Art Education at Cumberland University.

  • Cumberland University is hosting an exhibition featuring the works of Lesley Patterson-Marx, a Nashville printmaker and book artist, from January 9 to February 9 in the Adams Gallery of the campus’ Heydel Fine Arts Center.

    The university will welcome Patterson-Marx for a closing reception on February 9 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., with a gallery talk to be held at 6:00 p.m.
