LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland University’s School of Education is seeking initial accreditation by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE), a national group that establishes standards for teacher education. CU’s School of Education works hard to develop “Competent, Caring, Qualified Professional Educators” and is excited about the opportunity for national recognition.
