Spring Break '09 - Destination: London


Westminster Abbey, St. Paul's Cathedral and Stonehenge are only a few of the incredible destinations on the itinerary for a 2009 Spring Break trip to London currently being organized by Assistant Professor of English Dr. Michael Rex.

Scheduled for Feb. 28 - March 7, 2009, the five-day, six-night trip will also include visits to The National Portrait Gallery, The New Globe Theatre, Salisbury and more! According to Rex, trip is open to all Cumberland University students, faculty, staff, family and friends.

Rex, who led a group of students on a tour of the British Isles over the summer, is an expert in 16th, 17th and 18th century British literature and makes for a superb tour guide. The cost of the trip is $2,600 per person, including airfare, hotel, entrance fees and most meals. An initial deposit of $300 per person is due by Oct. 15.
