Due to the large amount of rainfall on Friday, May 1 and the continuing threat of rain and thunderstorms, Cumberland University's 167th Commencement Ceremony will be conducted in the Dallas Floyd Gymnasium.

The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 2.

As a proactive measure taken to ensure a smooth transition in the event the ceremony was relocated due to inclement weather, each graduate has been provided with three (3) tickets for family and guests.

All guests and graduates are asked to access the Dallas Floyd Gymnasium through the front entrance. Tickets will be collected upon entry. Seating is limited. Those guests who do not have tickets will be given a number and directed to Baird Chapel in Memorial Hall. As the 10 o'clock hour nears, guests waiting in Baird Chapel will be called by number as additional seating becomes available inside the Dallas Floyd Gymnasium.

All graduates and guests are invited to attend a post reception in the Phillips Dining Hall following the Commencement Ceremony.
