Locate Materials:
To locate material in Vise Library you will need to use the online catalog, or OPAC. The OPAC allows you to search the library's entire collection by author, title, or keyword, and also by format (video, serial, book, eBook, etc.).

As you search, keep the following tips in mind:

1. In order to perform the broadest possible search for any material on your topic, leave the search windows at their default settings. For example, the Quick Limit box should be set to "None", which indicates that you don't want to limit your search to a particular kind of material. The "Find Results in" box should be left at its default setting of "Keyword."
   
2. If you know the author or title of the item for which you are looking, you can set the "Find Results in" window to "Author" or "Title."
   
3. Use the Quick Limit menu if you want to limit your search to a particular format, such as a book, eBook, or video.
   
4. You can click on any title in the result list for more detailed information about that item.
