DATE EXTENDED - Submission deadline for Presentation and Poster Abstracts: September 23, 2011.
Presentation Media:
- Presentations should be provided as Windows compatible PowerPoint 2003 and PowerPoint 2007. For other presentation formats (Apple computer, slides, overheads, etc.) presenters must provide their own hardware and software.
- Posters will be displayed beginning at 5:00 PM Thurs., Sept. 29 and will be taken down by 8:00 PM Fri. Sept. 30.
- Poster sizes accommodated for are 42” X 60”.
- Papers will be given on Sept 29 from 2:30 PM until 4:30 PM, and Sept. 30 from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
- Papers will be scheduled for 20 minutes total: 15 minute presentations and 5 minutes for questions.
