• Submit application.
• Submit $50 Application Fee.
• Have official transcripts sent from ALL colleges and universities attended.
• Submit copy of teaching certificate, if applicable.
• Submit copy of Graduate test scores: Graduate Record Examination (GRE-general) 800 or Miller Analogies Test (MAT) 27.
• Three confidential recommendation forms must be sent directly to us from the recommenders.
• Complete form in order to receive financial assistance.
   

Note: Applicants with a master's degree who are completing only the 18 hours of coursework for the administrator's license need only submit the application, $50 fee and official Bachelor and Master's degree transcripts.
