Syllabus Statement
All faculty should include the following statement in their syllabi: “Students with a disability must register with the Dean of Students, who oversees Disability Services at Cumberland University, to receive accommodations. An Academic Accommodation Form should be completed as soon as possible, preferably by the end of the second week of the course. Documented evidence of the disability is required. Students with documented disabilities must see the Dean of Students, in Labry Hall 206. You may call 615-547-1353 to schedule an appointment.”
