Dr. Sharon Roberts is an Adjunct Instructor for Cumberland University and has been the Director of Schools for the Lebanon Special School District since 2005. Dr. Roberts received her undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees from The University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Prior to moving to Lebanon, she was a special education and middle school teacher, consulting teacher, elementary school principal, and Assistant Superintendent in the Knox County Schools System.
Dr. Roberts is very involved in educational leadership at the local, state, and national levels. Her varied interests and involvement include, but are not limited to the following:
