A native of Liberty, Tenn., Monica is a graduate of Dekalb County High School who attended Volunteer State Community College, studying the field of medical terminology. She has worked in various fields including customer service, medical transcription and account payable. She is married to Wendell Fowler and has two children, Tyler and Wesley. She and her family make their home in the Hogans Creek community in Smith County.
