BIOGRAPHY:

Education:

M.S.N., University of Phoenix

 

Mrs. Keil has been a  nurse for twenty five years.  She has worked in Medical Surgical nursing, Oncology nursing, and Home Health Nursing.  She started teaching two years after graduating  from her RN to BSN program at California State University, San Bernardino.   Mrs. Keil began her career in teaching in California at Victor Valley College where she taught Foundations clinical for 5 years and then Foundations theory, lab and clinical full time for 10 years.  She had graduated with her Associates Degree in 1990 from Victor Valley Community College and graduated in 1999 with her Masters Degree from University of Phoenix.   In 2006, she relocated to Tennessee where she did temporary assignments at Aquinas College, Middle Tennessee State University, and Cumberland University.  She started with Cumberland University in July 2009 and has been an adjunct in Foundations and Adult Health I nursing.   Mrs. Keil became the Director of Skills Labs in July, 2012.
