Dr. Kristy Shockley is an Adjunct Professor in Cumberland University’s MAE program.   She has been in education for 17 years.  The first seven were spent teaching second grade.  After that, she became a Supervisor for Bledsoe County Schools.  She currently serves as the district’s Federal Programs Supervisor.  She is certified as a K-8 teacher, Library/Media Specialist and a Professional Administrator. 

Dr. Shockley is married with two young children.
