Congratulations Graduates!
Commencement will be held on Saturday, May 5 at 10:00 am on the front lawn of Memorial Hall, weather permitting. Graduates and parents should check this site often throughout the spring semester for new information and updates on Commencement events. Now is the time to order your academic regalia, there is no charge for this order, it is apart of your university graduation fee. Submit your measurements on line at www.jostens.com. If you have any questions, please contact the University Bookstore at 615.547.1236. You may also order invitations or class rings from Josten's. Please see their website for additional information.
Grad Images will be taking professional photographs during the ceremony. Registering with GradImages™ ; provides them with the information that they need to deliver your graduation proofs to you in a timely manner. Giving them an accurate mailing address and email address will allow them to get your proofs to you on the first try. You may also provide them with email addresses of up to six friends and family members to allow them to celebrate in the accomplishment. Register today, www.gradimages.com.

Cap and Gown Pick-up Monday, April 30 – Friday, May 4 in the University Bookstore from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Luncheon for Graduates – Served by the Faculty - Friday, May 4 at 11:30 noon in the Phillips Dining Hall. Free to all graduates.
Graduation Rehearsal - ATTENDANCE REQUIRED! Friday, May 4, 1:00 p.m. in Dallas Floyd Gymnasium, the session will last about one hour. At rehearsal, each graduate will have their name called to ensure it is pronounced correctly and that you know where your seat is located. We will review the procession, awarding of the degrees, receiving of diplomas and post commencement information.
Graduate Line-Up - Saturday, May 5, 8:30 a.m. in Dallas Floyd Gymnasium.
Graduation! Saturday, May 5, 10:00 a.m. on the lawn of Memorial Hall. Guests may be seated at 9:00 a.m. Students who have guests with special needs for parking or seating should complete the request form on the website. Please be sure to familiarize yourself and your family with the rain plan.
