Every on-campus resident is given a mailbox when they arrive. They must keep it as long as they continue to live on campus, as mail is the University's main way of disseminating official information to each student including grades, billing statements, graduation information, etc. Residents will be given they key to their assigned box during their check-in process.

To ensure the most efficient delivery of your mail, always be sure to include your box number in your address.

The mailroom is a full-service post office that sells stamps and packaging supplies, mails packages and offers express delivery options. It is located below the cafeteria, and the operating hours are from 8 a.m. until noon and from 12:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. If you receive a package, a package notification slip will be placed in your box, and you can take it to the mailroom operator to retrieve your package.
