The Phi Beta Lambda Business Fraternity is a not-for-profit association formed to prepare students for business, entrepreneurial, and other business related career opportunities. The organization prepares students for their future careers by promoting leadership, increasing understanding of the business world, and establishing career goals.

Our mission is to bring business, community, and education together in a positive relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs.

A few of Phi Beta Lambda's goals include:

• strengthening the confidence of students in themselves
• creating more understanding of business enterprises
• developing leadership skills

Local chapter activities plant tours, seminars, Homecoming and holiday activities, and fund raisers.
