The Cumberland Arts Academy is a school of fine arts for students of all ages, but focusing on those of school age. It is a branch of the School of Music and Arts of Cumberland University. The Academy offers a variety of private and group instruction classes in music, art and drama.

In addition to its educational aims, the Academy also sponsors recitals and concerts, including the Jazz Fest, an annual event that brings over 200 area high school students to perform at the university.

The Academy is housed at 311 West Spring Street, across from the June & Bill Heydel Fine Arts Center, and has a full complement of studios and group rehearsal rooms specially designed to meet the needs of our curriculum.

The faculty members of the Cumberland Arts Academy are the very best the area has to offer, and are highly credentialed in their fields. Several instructors also serve as professors at Cumberland University.
