“Art Masters from Around the World:” A course that celebrates and studies world famous artists and their masterpieces. This course is an 8-week study of renown masters such as Alexander Calder, Andy Warhol, Vincent van Gogh, Henri Matisse, and explores various mediums, including acrylic painting, wire sculpting, drawing, and print making. We will have fun learning history, examining and critiquing artwork, and applying art skills to create works of art!
About Ms. Huddleston:
Sarah Huddleston is currently a senior at Cumberland University, pursuing a BFA in studio art with a minor in graphic design. She has interned at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts in Nashville, TN, and has helped teach and write curriculum at the Frist. Being a product of the Arts Academy herself, she has attributed the Arts Academy to giving her success in her education and career.
