Sport Management

Master of Sport and Exercise Science

Sport Management specialization

This program is designed for students who want an advanced degree in which to work in the sport industry.  According to publications such as the Sport Marketplace Directory, there are now over 15,000 employers in the sport industry.  This equates to about 5 million jobs, making it one of the largest industries in America.  This number also grows at an impressive rate.  Among the numerous sport events in America and around the world, the economic impact of many of these events are measured in the millions, and in some cases, billions of dollars.  Sport Management remains the largest and fastest growing program in health and human performance.  Like our undergraduate program, this 36 credit hour masters of science program is designed to meet all of the curricular requirements set forth by the North American Society for Sport Management (NASSM), the recognized governing body for sport management.

All of the coursework is taught online, in order to allow graduate students to maintain their current living and working environment while completing this degree. The admissions information can be found at the following link and the program for this masters of science degree is outlined below.
